OATS - ALMOND LADOOS




Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Process Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Oats
¾ Cup Almonds
 ½ Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Jaggery Or
3/4 cup Dates & 4 teapspoon Honey

Procedure:
In a pan toast the Oats on medium flame till you start to smell the aroma. Alternately you can toast Oats in microwave for a minute or so.
Reduce the flame and add Almonds and Desiccated Coconut and roast for a minute more.
Switch of the flame and let the pan come to room temperature.
Make small pieces of Jaggery and put it in blender/mixer along with toasted mixture and blend it till the whole mixture comes together.
Make small balls/Ladoos out of blended mixture.
Store in airtight container, stays good for a week.
Instead of almond you can use walnuts/Cashew nuts or a mixture of all per your choice.
Similarly Jaggery can be replaced with dates & honey.
