CREAMY SWEET CORN SPINACH VEGETABLE


PROCESS TIME : 30 Minutes
COOKING TIME : 10 / 12 Minutes

Ingredients :
Spinach – 1 medium bunch around 2 cups after chopping
Sweet Corn kernels – 1 cup
Onion – 1 Medium finely chopped
Tomato – 1 Medium finely chopped
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 Tsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Jeera – 1 Tsp
Asofoetida (Hing) – 1 pinch
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – Per taste
Coriander Powder – ½ Tsp
Kitchen King Masala – ½ Tsp
Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
Fresh Cream / Malai – 4 Tbsp

Procedure :
Clean, wash and chop Spinach finely.
Heat oil in a pan put Jeera and let it splutter, add hing. Add chopped onion and fry till onion becomes pinkish in colour.
Add chopped tomato and fry till it is cooked. Add Chilli Powder, salt, Coriander Powder, Kitchen King Masala.
Add Chopped spinach and stir it in onion tomato mixture and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Add sweet corn and cook covered for 3 minutes.
Now sprinkle corn flour and mix well so no lumps are formed.
Whip Fresh cream / Malai and pour it on the vegetable, mix thoroughly and switch off the heat.
Vegetable is ready to serve.
Serve hot. Tastes well with rotis.
